4. Shipping & Delivery

• Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to factors outside our control.
• Risk of loss or damage passes to you once the order is handed to the carrier.
• For international orders, the customer is responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country.

5. Returns & Refunds

• Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
• You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
• You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
• In addition to your rights under the ACL, we accept returns of unopened, unused products within 8 days of purchase. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

6. Events & Collaborations

• If you submit collaboration or event requests through our website, you grant us permission to review, contact you, and (if agreed) feature your event in Octayne branding.
• Submission does not guarantee acceptance of partnership.

7. Intellectual Property

• All content on this site (logos, product designs, images, text, videos) belongs to Octayne Supps unless otherwise stated.
• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use our content without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability
