Returns and Refunds

To be eligible for a return:

• the item must be unused and in its original packaging
• returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order
• you must provide proof of purchase (order number)

if you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us at contact@octaynesupps.com.au within 7 days of delivery. Include a photo of the item and your order number. We'll make it right with 0 cost to you.
