Returns and refunds:

• we accept returns on unopened products within 30 days
• to be eligible, items must be unused and sealed, and in the same condition you received them
• once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you and the process your refund back to your original payment method

Damaged or incorrect orders

• if your order arrives damaged, deflective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it. Send us your order number and a photo of the issue, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.

Non-refundable items

• For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened products unless there is a clear fault with them.
